ACCOMMODATION
There is a number of options for accommodations around Baghdad, these are hotels that we will be responsible for all your accommodations, reservations, please send us a request and we will send you a form for your accommodation needs.
DIRECTIONS
Directions from Baghdad International Airport (BIAP) to Rasheed Hotel
1. From Abbas Bin Firnas Sequer head to Green Zone Road - 4.0 Miles
2. Keep left and continue to Green Zone Road for 3.75 miles then turn left and keep going for 0.5 mile , destination will be on right

AIRPORT CHEK IN
We will be present when you arrive, we will expedite your arrival and passport check and transport you to your hotel, we will need full information on airline, arrival date and names of passengers so we can do our job professionally.
BOOTH DESIGN
REGULAR BOOTH PACKAGE
This year we added the second floor to accommodate additional demand, the second floor has over 100 booth capacity. Therefore there are two options for regular booth, one on the first floor, 3x3 SM or 10x10 SF and the 2nd floor package is 3x6 or 18 SM. Both packages include:
- 10 hours of set-up and take-down help
- Table, two chairs, spot lights, carpeting
- More than one company can share a booth
- Full year membership in IACCI ($450 value) to ensure year-round opportunities and leads
- Make sure we know what you need, we can accommodate all your needs from special furniture to custom booth design
CUSTOMS
We will be responsible for all your customer clearance needs , we need complete list of items shipped and shipping company details, all border crossings will be notified if the even and approvals will be available to expedite your expo show related items.
SECURITY
We can provide private security if you need it, let us know your requirements.

TRNSPORTATION
IACCI will provide bus transportation from the accommodation site to the event site during the day of the events, this service is free.
Other types of transportation like PSD will be provided when request received, there are several PSD companies that we work with, consult your BOOKING DOCUMENT

We appreciate your inquiry into visa requirements. While it is true that visas are required for entry into Iraq, the procedures are manageable with adequate planning and appropriate documentation. Once you submit to us the requisite information, we will take care of all of the necessary visa application steps for you, and will be ready for you at the airport upon arrival.
